ClubSafe provides ongoing training and program support to staff and management each year through annual training and incident review. Staff knowledge and skills are maintained based on current AHA guidelines while a continuous quality improvement process is established to review all emergencies that occur.
Annual Refresher Training
CPR/AED and First Aid skills are refreshed each season so that staff certification is maintained from year to year. Reviewing emergency procedures with staff and conducting annual mock drills are included.
Maintain Staff Training Records
ClubSafe monitors your staff training year to year, maintains certification records and sends an annual training reminder with staff certification status and program schedule. When key staff are in need of recertification or when new staff are hired, ClubSafe will schedule the appropriate course to ensure emergency skills and certifications remain current.
Quality Improvement Process
Any time an incident occurs at the club, an incident report is generated and recorded with ClubSafe. Immediate feedback is given to staff to address concerns, identify areas that need improvement or enhancement. This Quality Improvement process is utilized to improve staff response and build confidence in preparation for the next occurrence. Through positive reinforcement and encouragement, staff develop confidence in responding to emergencies at the club.
"Our staff has more confidence now. The training was the best that I have experienced and our safety plan has created a much more safe environment."
