Program Implementation

To launch the ClubSafe program, direct on-site services are provided to prepare staff and equipment to effectively manage an emergency. We continue working with management and staff during the final steps of implementation to deliver an effective safety program that is understood by all.

Install Equipment
Any new or updated communications, medical equipment and supplies are installed, tested and staff are instructed on proper use.

Train Staff
ClubSafe conducts core training programs that certify staff in CPR/AED and First Aid.  In addition, department managers and other key staff at the club are oriented to staff procedures and guidelines included in the emergency response plan.

Test Response Plan
ClubSafe conducts exercises using real-life scenarios involving staff in their actual roles during an emergency, testing the plan.

Documentation
Each department receives an Emergency Response Plan manual along with specific staff guidelines.  ClubSafe delivers hardcopy and electronic versions for ease in updating information such as personnel, contact numbers, etc.

Announce to Membership
ClubSafe provides club management with communication tools designed to increase member awareness of the club’s safety plan.  The “What to do in the Event of an Emergency”.  Announcements can also recognize the training and preparation management and staff have undertaken to make the club a safer place for all.

"It made sense for us to handle our safety planning the right way. If we were going to take the responsibility to do it, we wanted to do it properly. I didn't have the time to spend. We were also concerned about the liability for not doing it right the first time."

Patricia Schiestl, GM, Fishers Island Club, Fishers Island, NY

We live, in fact, in a world starved for solitude, silence, and privacy: and therefore starved for meditation and true friendship.
