An Emergency Response Plan designed by ClubSafe will be the basis for how the club responds to a medical emergency, the most common type of emergency a club will experience, and becomes the foundation for staff reaction and response to any urgent incident.
Current or future emergency plans for building fires, explosions, severe weather, disasters, etc., will then be incorporated into one uniform Emergency Response Plan for the entire club. ClubSafe works closely with club management and staff to design a written plan that is agreed to and understood by all.
Based on information gathered during our site evaluation, a plan is designed to meet the specific characteristics and safety needs of the club. The result is an agreed to plan that integrates staff procedures, defibrillator deployment, emergency communications, staff training, and membership awareness into a uniform program that is monitored and tested for effectiveness.
ClubSafe presents management with a final plan, suggested implementation schedule and documentation. Before launching, ClubSafe tests the plan with staff to ensure critical components are in place and working.
"Our staff has more confidence now. The training was the best that I have experienced and our safety plan has created a much more safe environment."
