When a member or guest needs help, communication is critical to an organized and timely response. ClubSafe installs and maintains 2-way wireless communications equipment designed for both day-to-day use and emergency incidents. All communications equipment and operations are integrated into the club’s Emergency Response Plan and staff training.
Wireless Call Box Network
For outdoor or remote locations at the club, a wireless call box system enables emergency communications on existing radio frequencies. A member or guest simply pushes a button to alert staff and get help. ClubSafe installs and maintains the wireless system from a leading manufacturer.
Portable Radio System
ClubSafe will install and maintain a portable radio system that improves interdepartmental communications for normal day-to-day operations and becomes invaluable during an emergency. Radios are programmed with a common emergency channel that is continuously scanned for alerts from staff or an activated call box.
